Comments on the six exposure drafts, until Friday 16 October 2026 at 17:00 UK time. Please give the document, the section or clause, what should change and why, any proposed wording, and whether we may name you in the consultation report. Every response reaches the Professional Standards Committee.

Raising a concern

Complaints about member conduct, reports under the Code of Ethics, and whistleblowing disclosures. Also the channel for advice on an ethical dilemma the Principles do not resolve, and for fitness-to-practise notifications. Members have a positive duty to raise such concerns, and no one is subjected to detriment by the Institute for a good-faith disclosure.
