The first IAM Professional Standards — now open for your comment
The Institute has published the exposure drafts of its first Professional Standards for Administrative Management, together with the Code of Ethics, the Membership and CPD Regulations, the Appeals and Complaints Policy, and the Public Interest Statement. Members, employers, educators, and the public are invited to comment by Friday 16 October 2026, 17:00 UK time. First Editions follow on 30 November, and the framework takes effect on 1 January 2027.
