Feedback
Your view of this website, the Institute’s service, or anything it publishes. Every comment is read, and the Institute records what it changes as a result.
Standard feedback
Praise, suggestions, and problems alike
Feedback is different from a complaint. A complaint asks the Institute to put something right for you personally and is handled under the Appeals and Complaints Policy; feedback helps the Institute improve for everyone. If you are not sure which you need, send it here and the Institute will route it.

Reported
Transparently
Themes in feedback, and what changed as a result, are reported to the Board and summarised for members.
